The Aleph to Alma migration form is generated by OLIS (for shared servers, university centers generate it locally) from your Aleph instance and should contain values from your test load form. Campuses should adjust the form based on data review.
For Shared Server campuses, you'll need to submit the validated forms along with the P2E file (if applicable) through the dropbox link provided to your institutional lead by April 26th so that OLIS can validate these on the ITEC shared servers.
Once validated, the SUNY project managers will attached the form to your final cutover salesforce case.
Note: the first tab with the big red button is no longer there. See the box below about "Validating Form before Submitting."
Important: Before validating in the sandbox, make a copy of your form. Once you do the validation, many cells become locked and you can't change them without re-creating the form. It's helpful to have a copy if you need to make changes so you don't have to recreate the form.
The method for validating your Aleph to Alma Migration Forms has changed since the Vanguard phase.
Instead of the cover page with the big red button to find errors in your workbook, you'll now use the Migration Form Validation Tool in Alma.
To get to the Migration Form Validation Tool in the sandbox, go to:
Alma Configuration Menu-->General-->General Configuration-->Validate ILS Migration Form
Login information is available to institutional leads: https://3.basecamp.com/3649838/buckets/4463610/messages/1217721200
Here's the Ex Libris documentation on this as well.
Note that the form will still need to validate on the server as well, which may require additional changes.
