Who Should Attend?

At a minimum, the Institutional Lead should attend in-person or virtually.  ExLibris and the SLC Project Team will be covering the major points of the implementation and migration, and the Institutional Lead should be there as he or she will be responsible for the Institution meeting milestones and goals in the project.
Beyond the institutional lead, anyone who will be heavily involved in managing your institution's migration and implementation should attend.
The Kickoff meeting will cover the overall project schedule and major activities, but approaches to forms, configuration, and what is needed from institutions to have a successful implementation and migration will also be covered.
Representatives from all the functional areas are not required.  However, it is suggested to involve those who are going to be the campus leadership throughout the migration and implementation.
